This site was built to collect as little as possible: no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, and no external requests. Here is exactly how the information you choose to send us is handled.

Who we are
This website is operated by Global Holdings and Development, LLC, doing business as GHD Americas, a family-owned sustainability enterprise with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Querétaro, México.
Information we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through its contact forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, and message. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to GHD.
Like virtually all hosting infrastructure, Netlify keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and operations.
No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or social scripts. Every font, video, and image is self-hosted: pages make no requests to external services. We do not build visitor profiles and we have no third-party trackers to disclose.
How we use your information
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and operate supply or partnership programs, maintain business communications, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not use it for mass marketing and we do not sell or trade it.
Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the site work (hosting and form processing by Netlify), with professional advisors under confidentiality, or when required by law or valid legal process.
Security
The site is served entirely over encrypted connections (TLS) on Netlify's infrastructure, with restrictive security headers on every path. Access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep submitted information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, including under the CCPA and the GDPR where they apply. Send requests through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
This site is a business-to-business surface and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date on this page.
